Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy about your purchase. If you happen to not love your purchase, please email us at info@omberry.com to request a return with the subject line as “Returns + invoice number”.

We accept returns / exchanges of unworn, unwashed merchandise with tags attached within 10 days for domestic orders and 21 days for overseas orders, from the date of receipt. Omberry reserves the right to reject any returns or exchanges based on the condition of the returned item.

All delivery costs and handling fees incurred for returning items are not refundable and will be responsible by the customer.
