Who are you?  Wendy Wong - An entrepreneur, an Ironman triathlete and a gym addict. What do you do? Tell us about your typical day.  I'm a co-founder of Harbour Runners and an entrepreneur. I own a fast casual restaurant called Bao Wow, a Lounge & Eatery called Bao Bei, and a gym called TopFit. 5:30am Wake up.  6:00am Run  6:45am Bootcamp (Tues, Fri, Sun) 8:00am Tennis (Mon and Thu) 11:00-1pm Gym 2:00-6:00pm Meetings  8:00pm HR run (Wednesdays) What does “Living Your Passion” mean to you?  "Living your passion" means doing something you love, that you don't consider a job. Who are you?  My name is Emi, I am 24. I was born in Canada, raised in Hong Kong. I work in talent management for Pernod Ricard in the wines and spirits industry.
